Raw Material Storage and Transportation System
The raw material storage and transportation system of the powder grinding station consists of material shed, material receiving hopper, quantitative feeder, conveying equipment, etc. The raw materials (limestone, slag, steel slag, etc.) are pushed into the receiving hopper by the loader for feeding operation. The material shed is portal steel frame workshop so as to meet the needs of feeding, loading and other operations. The raw material storage and transportation system of the grinding station is designed according to the project scale and the situation of the customer’s site, with compact layout, strong adaptability, short construction period, and low investment cost, realizing customer’s benefits to the maximum extent. -
Batching System
The role of batching system is to mix the calcareous raw materials, clay raw materials and correction raw materials produced by cement according to a certain component, and sent the mixed materials to the mill through the conveying equipment. The batching system mainly includes the silo roof belt conveyor, batching silo, quantitative feeder, conveying equipment, etc. Batching system is the key to ensure the quality of cement. Manxing batching system has a high degree of automation and accurate batching measurement, which is a reliable guarantee for cement production. -
Finished Product Storage and Transportation System
For pulverized limestone powder, slag powder, steel slag powder, cement, etc., a finished product silo usually keeps 7-14 days of reserves. The finished product storage and transportation system consists of bucket elevator, dust collector, finished product silo, silo bottom fluidization system, bulk loading equipment, packaging equipment, etc. Manxing can provide welded steel silos, spiral steel silos, bolted steel silos and other different types of silos for customers.
