The fly ash storage solution includes: (1) Dense-phase pneumatic conveying from ESP/baghouse to silo, (2) Ceramic-lined silo with fluidized bottom, (3) High-efficiency dust collection (PTFE membrane, <10 mg/Nm³), (4) Dry, oil-free fluidization air system, (5) Discharge to bulk tanker loading or process feed, (6) Optional nitrogen inerting for high-carbon fly ash, (7) Integrated control system with ash handling DCS.
