Fly Ash Silo

Fly ash is composed of solid particles produced by the combustion of pulverized coal in power plants. Due to its large output, improper treatment can lead to serious environmental and economic burdens. Recycling fly ash for building materials production can reduce environmental pollution and increase economic benefits. In the past, thermal power plants stored fly ash in open ash storage yards, resulting in dust and low efficiency. However, Manxing's fly ash steel silo system offers advantages such as large storage capacity, low investment, short construction period, high discharge rate, and overall performance. Fly ash is conveyed into the silo via a pneumatic conveying system, which features low investment costs, no airborne dust, and energy-saving environmental protection. Discharge from the silo occurs via gasification, ensuring a high discharge rate. Once discharged from the large silo, it is transferred to a distribution bin and loaded onto trucks.
