Automobile Bulk Loading

The equipment is composed of a frame, a winching device, a telescopic discharging device, a material level detection device, a dust removal system, etc. The winch device includes a motor, a reducer and a roller device. The telescopic discharging device includes a loader head, a double-layer telescopic sleeve and an outer telescopic hose. When working, the telescopic discharging device is driven by the winching device. The material level detection device can detect the full position of the material, and it is controlled jointly with the discharging system to send out the full material alarm signal and close the discharging valve, to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the loading process. The design of automobile bulk loader includes two parts: mechanical equipment and electrical control.
