Generally, enclosed coal storage warehouse and coal storage silo are used to store coal. The enclosed coal storage warehouse is completely closed with a spherical reticulated shell at its top. Manxing coal storage warehouse is equipped with spray dust suppression system, which is safe and pollution-free; and it has stable steel grid structure, low cost, and large coal storage capacity. The diameter of a coal storage warehouse can reach 120m, and the reserves of coal storage warehouses are in the range of 2-200,000 tons. Coal storage silo is applicable to the occasions of limited site and small reserves. Rapid loading system is used for quick loading of trucks. The rapid loading system is composed of belt conveyor, buffer silo, rapid loading chute, control gate, hydraulic system, dust collection system, water mist dust suppression system, silo monitoring system and electrical control system. According to customers’ needs, Manxing rapid loading system can be configured with single-lane, two-lane, four-lane loading station systems with instantaneous loading capacity of 1t/s. Rapid and quantitative loading system is used for rapid and quantitative loading of trains. It is the most advanced coal, ore and bulk materials railway loading method which can realize continuous, dynamic, rapid, quantitative and accurate loading of trains by batching in quantitative silo in advance according to standard weight, and then unloading them quickly to the moving train. Manxing rapid and quantitative loading system can complete loading operation in the process of train moving, loading speed is less than 45 seconds per carriage, measurement accuracy is high, single loading accuracy can reach 0.1%, and the whole train loading accuracy can reach ±0.05%.
