Introduction

The Manxing rapid & quantitative truck loading system is designed based on the working principle of large hopper scale. It can carry out batching and accurate weighing in the weighing silo according to the load of truck in advance by the accurate control of weighing silo batching gate. Once the truck is in place, it can realize the quick and accurate measuring loading by controlling the discharge gate and loading chute, or through the precise control of material reserves in the weighing silo. It is one of the most advanced bulk material truck loading method. System Structure It is mainly composed of large steel structure tower, loading equipment, weighing system, hydraulic system, electronic control system, computer software system, etc.

Automatic Lubricating System

Manxing truck loading system adopts automatic adding pressure lubrication system. The centralized lubrication pump station lubricates all the key rotating parts according to the program-setting, so as to ensure the lubrication effect of the equipment, which improves the service life of heavy-load supporting roller and loading chute rolling bearing, so the system can works stably and manpower maintenance is reduced.
