Strip stockyard is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, steel and other industries, with dual functions of storage and homogenization. Strip stockyard adopts grid structure, and uses stacker and reclaimer to complete mechanized stacking and reclaiming. There are various ways of stacking and reclaiming, which can be designed according to the project scale, customer’s actual situation and site conditions. Steel frame structure or plane grid structure is adopted at the top of the strip stockyard. Manxing strip stockyard has the characteristics of low cost, short construction period, good homogenization effect and easy expansion.

The top of circular stockyard is spherical grid structure and its bottom is reinforced concrete retaining wall. The circular stockyard uses the central reclaimer to complete the stacking and reclaiming operations. The diameter of a circular stockyard is generally between 60~120m. The cantilever stacker at the top of the central column can rotate and pitch around the central column in a range of 360 degrees. Circular stockyard covers an area of circular shape, which is adaptable. The circular stockyard also has the advantages of small area, high site utilization rate, convenient stacking and reclaiming operations, low investment cost, and continuous simultaneous stacking and reclaiming operations.

For the occasions that raw material reserves are not large, and homogenization is not required, you can use a silo to store raw materials. Raw material silo can be steel silo or reinforced concrete silo. Manxing can provide steel silos of which single silo storage capacity is 1-50,000 tons and reinforced concrete silos of which single silo storage capacity is 1-80,000 tons and the diameter is between 20 and 60m. Manxing will design different types of silos and feeding and discharging systems according to project size, material properties and feeding and discharging methods. Manxing material silo is characterized by low investment cost, small footprint and good sealing.
