The cement storage solution is a complete system including: (1) Pneumatic conveying from tanker unloading to silo top, (2) Distribution system for multi-silo installations, (3) Silo with fluidized bottom (fluidization air at 0.5-1.0 bar, 1-2 Nm³/m²/min), (4) Dust collection with pulse-jet cleaning, (5) Discharge system (rotary feeder + screw conveyor or pneumatic pump), (6) Level and pressure monitoring, (7) PLC-based control system with remote monitoring capability.
