Terminal ship unloading system mainly consists of ship unloader, conveying equipment, intermediate storage silo and dust removal system. The loading system mainly consists of silos, conveying equipment, ship loaders and auxiliary systems. Welded steel silos and spiral silos can be used. According to different needs of customers, the equipment used in the loading system includes air chute, belt conveyor, mobile ship loader, fixed ship loader, dust collector, electrical control system, etc. Conveying equipment is mainly composed of air chute and belt conveyor. Based on customers’ demands, Manxing can provide shipping systems with capacity of 150-600t/h.

Terminal loading and distribution system is used for loading bulk materials unloaded from ship on truck directly. It mainly includes ship unloader, air chute, bulk loader and dust collection system. The cement is transported to the air chute by the ship unloader, and then loaded directly into the cement tank truck by the bulk loader. The system is simple and efficient. By controlling the chute discharge valve, you can switch feeding and loading operation of two bulk loaders to realize continuous ship unloading and loading.
