Fly Ash Separation System
The raw ash or coarse ash discharged from coal-fired power plant is ground, dried and separated to achieve the fineness of finished ash, realize the comprehensive utilization of fly ash, and improve the economic benefit.
-
Fly Ash Separation SystemThe fly ash stored in raw ash silo is discharged into air chute through silo bottom unloading device. After being lifted by a bucket elevator, it enters a separator for separation. Under the action of the separator, the fly ash of different particle sizes is separated.
INDUSTRY SOLUTION
-
Cement IndustryIn a cement line the silo is the buffer that lets the kiln and the packer run independently. Manxing designs raw-meal, clinker and cement silos with the right aeration and extraction so homogenization stays on spec and finished product flows straight to bulk truck or bag — no bottleneck at the dispatch point.

Thermal Power IndustryFly ash from coal combustion is light, abrasive and must never escape. Manxing builds sealed ash silos with positive-pressure conveying and dedusting at every transfer, so the material is handled automatically and the site stays inside emission limits.

Bulk Material StockyardBefore material reaches the process it is often staged in a yard. Manxing's enclosed stockyard solutions — long-span space frames with reclaiming and dust-suppression — protect the material from weather and the neighborhood from dust, while lifting usable storage density.
